Best way to measure is to take out your favorite shirt and measure that, then compare my shirt measurements! I can't stress enough to use a tape measurer to get exact fit.

So I ordered this cute beary cute mug last year. And the date of delivery got postponed. But I never got any updates- I had to email to find out more (and each time they were like an update happened - I never got an update.) the person who emailed back would tell me they send update that I never got but happily told me the push back date.
