I love the details on this mug; it fits perfectly in my tiki/medieval tavern home bar. I expected the bird to be hollow, but the entire book is too, so it's capable of holding a very deep pour. The downside is that it's a little harder to clean, and difficult to fill to capacity to rest a nice garnish on top. But it's surprisingly easy to hold and a great decor piece. I can't wait for my next Tikiland mug to ship!

The Tiki Mug as usual is beautiful. The artistry and coloring is wonderful.
I personally buy these as art pieces as opposed to drinking vessels, but however one wants to use them, they're great.
My only reason for a 4 star review is the time to receive the mug.
I finally got my Jose Tiki Mugs. I ordered them at the beginning of 2025 and they were backordered this whole time. I moved in the meantime and never knew if they would actually ever show up. Then to my surprise a box was waiting outside my door and there they were! They were worth the wait. I love them. They are high quality and will look great on my bar.

This one was a long time coming, but worth the wait. The mug arrived very well packed and without any issues. The painting is very nice robust on this one, but it is definitely a flatter finish than the previous mug of this series. The previous mug, has more of a shiny slick finish to it. I only mention it, because it is noticeable, if they are side by side.
I really enjoy this series. This one especially. Such an amazing job.
