I took the opportunity to purchase this mug after the pre-order time was over so I was able to get it shipped to me directly with no weight. I also got it with free shipping due to their promotion. When the mug arrived, I found that it had a broken leg and within five minutes of contacting them about it they sent me a new one and told me to keep the old one. That kind of customer service is the kind that more businesses need to have. To take ownership and to make it right the first time. Not to mention that this mug is an absolutely fantastic design.
