The Sleeping Zebra – Ceramic Tiki Mug

And here we are in the African veldt, home to one of the jungle’s most peaceful sights… a sleeping zebra. The locals assure us he’s only sleeping… and we’ve found it’s best not to argue with the locals.

Now, if you look just beyond our striped friend, you’ll notice the king of beasts has developed quite an appetite for the jungle’s famous fire-grilled skewers. They say they’re fit for royalty… and fortunately for him, the barbecue comes with plenty of side dishes. I’d ask him how it tastes, but he already seems to have his mouth full. I hear the chef is the mane attraction.

The vultures overhead have already claimed the best seats in the house. They heard the food here was simply to die for.

As for our zebra, we’re pleased to report he’s still… resting. We recommend letting sleeping zebras lie. It’s much safer for everyone that way.

After all, around here we never wake a sleeping zebra… especially when the king is still eating lunch.

These are ceramic mugs intended for cold or room temperature beverages only.
All of our ceramics are handmade. Each mug varies slightly and is unique, and is not the exact mug photographed here, although we try for it to be as identical as possible when produced by hand. During ceramic production sometimes there can be variations with glaze, color, texture, cleanup, etc.
While technically this can be put in a dishwasher, we only recommend hand washing as this is a functional piece of art.
