Best way to measure is to take out your favorite shirt and measure that, then compare my shirt measurements! I can't stress enough to use a tape measurer to get exact fit.
The most important measurement is B on the chart. Please take the time to measure for exact fit
Buttons came off right away. But CS person Abby was all over the situation and arranged for a replacement next day. Materials were quality and the colors/design were bright, prismatic and vivid. M'man Godzilla never looked so good.

I was so excited when my mugs arrived! The packaging was solid, everything arrived safe and my goodness these mugs are even more beautiful in person! I got 2 Whoopsie mugs and I can't find any defect on them- they feel very high quality and I can't wait to impress friends with these tiki mugs! Outstanding creativity in all the designs as well!

Don't know why it's considered a whoopsie, it looks great.
Under the lighting I use it looks more like a carved wooden statue than a ceramic figurine. Love that look.
