Creature Girl is Candy's favorite girl to draw, and we felt like we had to work with her to bring her to life as a mug. Candy frequently draws and paints various versions of Creature Girl, and in various color-ways. This Creature Girl from the Swoon Lagoon is sure to grab your attention, and possibly your heart. This is TikiLand Trading Co.'s first collaboration with Candy Wild!About Candy Weil, aka Candy Wild
Born of color and light and Long Beach. A protege of legendary Lowbrow icon "The Pizz", CANDY has struck a fever in the landscape of Pop Surrealism. Her damsels of "The West"", sultry hot rod gals and "Weirdo" monster types have graced galleries and magazines as far out as France, Italy, Germany, Japan and Australia. The world over has glimpsed the eternal archives of this ballyhoo. A blossoming young talent whose artistic futurity should keep us all gasping for years to come.
She currently resides in the majestic Eastern Sierra Mountains of Central California with her husband and 3 kiddos.

What an awesome tiki mug! I've been a fan of Candy Weil for quite awhile, and I wasn't confident this was going to her justice. I was wrong! The playfulness and sexiness inherent in her art is well captured in this mug. Looks great on display or with a drink. I also note that it was very safely packed and shipped--much appreciated.
I'll start with saying I'm not normally a "Creature" fan but I love the playfulness of it. I originally didn't buy her but after months of going back and forth, Hubby said just get it. I am so glad I did. The sculpt on this is just beautiful. From the texture of her skin to the coloring she is just so well done. Great Job!!!!

The Creature Girl Mug is well-made and a favorite mug design for me (for now). Candy Wild's designs are just freaking fun. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is some glaze smudging.
Got my creature girl and i love her! As something of a lowbrow alt girl myself I was immediately in love with her design, and upon receiving her I can confirm the make and look is fantastic. Her face and body are in a matte finish where the water around is shiny and glossy, creating a beautiful contrast. You won’t regret taking her home!
