Vendor Space Reservations - December 2019

The event will be open to the public 10am-4pm. There will be an 'early bird' VIP 9:30am-10am special admission.
Vendor load-in/setup can start as early as 6:30am. DO NOT SHOW UP EARLIER THAN THIS - WE WILL NOT BE READY FOR YOU.
Vendors must be ready to sell by 9:15am.
Vendors must stop selling promptly at 4pm.
Vendor load-out must be completed by 6pm - no exceptions. Vendors will be billed $400 per hour for every hour beyond 6pm.

DO NOT SHARE this page with anyone else. Only invited vendors will be allowed to reserve spots. Reservations by vendors who are not invited will be cancelled (and refunded).
We have 2 space sizes, without electricity and with "electricity request". You may register a single "5x8ft small covered space", OR 1-3 "10x10ft large spaces" based on your needs and availability. If you register multiple spaces we will make sure they are adjacent to each other. Non-approved multiple spot reservations will be cancelled (and refunded).
You will not be able to pick your specific space during registration, as we’ve done previously, as it will take a considerable amount of time to work with the new layout and we want to get everyone registered as soon as possible. We may or may not reach out to everyone to select their space after they’ve registered.
Spaces with electricity are available although limited, so please make sure you read everything, including other pertinent details, during the registration process. Please only select a space with electricity if it’s required for your display. Once we’ve completed the venue layout we will confirm with those that requested electricity.
As always, we want to keep this event as tiki as possible. At least 90% of your merchandise needs to fit in the tiki genre.
We will send follow up emails before the event regarding when we will be open for vendors to setup before the event, load-in details, parking information, etc.
NO DRUG paraphernalia (i.e. bongs, pipes, etc) or illegal items are to be sold.
Read your space title/description fully. It contains information on dimensions, if a canopy is required, and if it has electricity. Vendors must bring everything needed for their space (i.e. chairs, tables, canopy, extension cords, etc).
Vendors wanting to share a space with another vendor - Sharing a space is not permitted at this event unless it's been pre-approved by TikiLand Trading Co. (Anne and Joel). Shared spaces will incur an additional fee. Please do not register a space for someone else, at this time registration is invite only. Selling at your space for another vendor is also not permitted.
You must plan on selling for the duration of the event. Vendors who arrive late or leave early may not be invited back to future events. (We're not heartless - There are exceptions to this; health and family emergencies, etc.)
Except as previously mentioned, reservations are non-refundable unless pre-approved by Tikiland (Anne and Joel) on a case by case basis.
Vendor parking will be in an adjacent lot to the property. You will be required to move your vehicle to this lot once you've unloaded in the morning.
For those vendors wanting additional advertising opportunities with us on the TikiLand Trading Co. social media accounts and website, we've added "Sponsorship" opportunities. Any vendor may add this to their cart. Details of each Sponsorship type will be included in the listing.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE MODIFICATIONS TO THE VENDOR SPACE LAYOUT IF NECESSARY, AS WELL AS CANCEL (WITH REFUND) ANY RESERVATIONS AND TRANSACTIONS FOR ANY REASON. ELECTRICITY IS NOT GUARANTEED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE INSTRUCTIONS, RULES, AND PRICES AT ANY TIME.
